Deze 6 pk 4-takt buitenboordmotor is ideaal voor tenders, sloepen en kleine tot middelgrote rubberboten en biedt het grootste cilinderinhoudblok in zijn klasse. Dankzij de efficiënte verbranding levert de motor volop vermogen met een laag brandstofverbruik en blijft hij opvallend stil door de through-the-prop uitlaat. De motor is licht en compact gebouwd, voorzien van een robuuste aluminiumlegering en zes lagen PPG-coating voor uitstekende bescherming tegen corrosie.

Wat deze uitvoering uniek maakt is de elektrische startknop. De HDF6 is uitgerust met een geïntegreerde 12V accu die zich in de motor bevindt, waardoor u geen losse accu hoeft mee te nemen. Starten gaat eenvoudig met één druk op de knop. Daarnaast beschikt de motor over vooruit-neutraal-achteruit schakeling, verstelbare stuurfrictie, ondiepwaterstand en zowel een interne brandstoftank als aansluiting voor een externe 12 liter tank.
